Piano Tuition Can Be Fun - If You Have An iPad!

Learning piano in order to play at even a decent level requires serious commitment. No matter how you learn, you will need to practice regularly (ideally daily) in order to make progress. Otherwise, every time you return to the piano, you waste time relearning and rehashing techniques you should have already mastered. If you own an iPad, there is a way you can use basic piano skills to record and share your own music - and as your piano playing improves, evidence of your progress can swiftly be captured on the iPad.
The application I'm talking about is called Garage Band, and if you haven't got yourself a copy yet, I recommend that you download it as soon as you finish reading this. It costs just a few dollars, and will be one of the best investments you'll ever make.
Garage Band provides an 8 track recording environment on your iPad. I must admit when I first heard about it I thought to myself, "can an iPad application really give you a realistic and satisfactory recording experience?" Well, I can tell you now that the answer is an emphatic YES!
My early recording experiences were on 4 track tape, bouncing tracks around in order to squeeze out as much music out of the equipment as possible. Quality suffered a bit, but generally I was pleased with my efforts. But effort was the key word - as it took hours of careful manipulation and re-recording to get everything to sound the way it should.
However, when I started using Garage Band I was able to replicate the same results within the first hour of starting to use it! The application contains a number of keyboard - based sounds, so anyone learning the piano can quite easily begin to get more than acceptable results almost straight away. It makes a great complement to formal piano lessons, taken online or with a tutor.
With the drum kits, guitar samples, and ability to add your own vocal all built into the application, within no time you can have a piece of music you can be proud of. Even if you don't play the guitar that well, the so-called 'smart guitar' allows you to easily add a variation of guitar backing tracks. 'Smart' drums, bass and keyboards are also included, but use these carefully, otherwise you can lose individuality and creativity.
The Garage Band application also allows you to choose a particular key or scale, and in this way it actually becomes a great educational tool by showing you which range of notes fit in to that particular setting.
All in all, Garage Band, whilst not a replacement for taking proper piano tuition, does provide you with an easy way to capture your skills. And as your tuition advances, you can quickly create music within the application to show how much you have improved. It's also great fun too, and will definitely make your practice sessions seem not quite so boring. Plus, once you've recorded a piece, you can export it to iTunes, or email the file to a friend to listen to.

Free Guitar Lessons That Will Make You Become a Better Guitar Player

Today, when everything is reachable over the internet, you can find it very hard to get a good guitar lessons. It's not a problem in lessons that you can find on the internet for free, the problem could be the confusion in your head from all information you can find in 10 minutes. Especially if you are guitarist beginner, you need someone who will teach you. The best choice would be that you get personal guitar trainer who will guide you and approach your problems and techniques individually. In this way, personal trainer can adjust each exercise to suit your needs in order to increase and speed up your guitar learning process.
Not everyone can find a great guitar instructor. Sometimes it's hard to find guitar instructor at all. The problem might be that you simply don't know anyone that can help you with guitar lessons or the instructor can sometimes be very expensive. The process of learning guitar is not one day job. If you are beginner, don't expect to learn guitar basics in a few days, especially the advanced stuff. Sometimes it can take up to 2 or even 5 years for some techniques and sometimes you can practice whole your life and simply not moving very far.
Actually, no one can estimate how long will it takes for you to master specific guitar technique, It depends mostly on you. Why? You can speed up your guitar learning process only with smart plan.
How to practice guitar to achieve good results?
- stop searching the quickest guitar learning method
- find one good training course and stick to it to the end, then move to another one
- write your plan on calendar or white board practice every day, no exception
- write your results and your to-do list
Skipping guitar lessons can lead you to problems in the future because each technique you skip will reflect in some song, rhythm, or lick you will play some day.
How often should you practice?
Well, no one can tell you that. There aren't any rules. I would say as much as you can, but keep in mind that you practice properly because you can hurt your fingers or even hand if you are overreacting. The scheduled should be made individually on basis of guitar player age and condition.
You should start small and step by step increasing your practicing till you reach state where you can play at least 2-3 h without any breaks and without any problems. If you feel even slightly pain in your hand (usually left, if you are right-handed), you should stop immediately. The pain is the sign that you went to far. Your training should be painless and relaxed. Using force and power won't do the job.

The Best 5 Guitar Solos Of All Time

In reality the selection procedure of the best guitar solos ever is a very personal thing, which naturally will vary from person to person. Nonetheless, this is my take on it and all carried out with the fullest admiration for any guitar solos which I have overlooked, or didn't consider to be in my best 5 list. So let's begin:
5. Although the track was not necessarily my kind of music, this particular guitar solo gained legendary status. The band was the Carpenters, the power ballad was Goodbye To Love, and the guitarist was Tony Peluso. This specific solo was extremely melodic and constructed brilliantly. Peluso put to use a Gibson 335 with humbucking pickups and created a great 'distorted sound' throughout the solo.
4. At number 4 we have the astonishing Dave Gilmore's dazzling solo on the Pink Floyd track Comfortably Numb. This solo was traditional Gilmore in that it was melodic, tuneful and superbly woven together. This solo possessed Gilmore's trademark Stratocaster sound with echo and reverb all over it. Altogether an outstanding piece of guitar playing.
3. How could I have a best 5 electric guitar solos list but without the inclusion of Jimi Hendrix somewhere. Not every Hendrix song was my cup of tea but Little Wing showcased Hendrix at his very best - the solo was a work of art. Hendrix's guitar playing and also the sound was so much his own that he managed to get a characteristically Hendrix sound whether or not he utilised a Gibson guitar with humbucking pickups, or his standard Strat with single coil pickups.
2. Well I guess this solo needed to be somewhere on the list and for me it is number two. The track is Stairway To Heaven and the guitar player is Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page. This was among those superb solos that built and built, with the ideal degree of improvisation around the original melody. This might be just about the most widely known electric guitar solo of all time. It was however, not played on Page's infamous Gibson Les Paul Standard but on a Fender telecaster. When delivering this track live Page consistently used his Gibson SG double neck, allowing for him to cover the 12 string and the six string elements of this track live on stage.
1. Well it was nearly impossible to decide between Page's Stairway To Heaven and the Eagles' Hotel California, but the solo on Hotel California just pips it for me. In reality, this is somewhat unjust as there's more than one guitarist taking part in this, but it is nonetheless an absolute lesson in how to constructa guitar solo. Joe Walsh and Don Felder rebound off of each other brilliantly as this solo develops. It's virtually as if whatever one can do the other one does better, but the truth is they interact in perfect harmony and their two styles and electric guitar sounds mix flawlessly. That unquestionably vintage Les Paul Sound with just the right quantity of drive is all over that specific guitar solo, complete class.
So there you have my best 5 solos. Where may you ask is Lynryd Skynyrd's Free Bird, or what about Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton or Brian May? Like I said, it is a personal thing and if I did the list in two weeks time it may well be totally different. All good fun though.

Extraordinary Musical Instruments

Not a lot of people know that there are a lot of weird instruments that exist in the music world. Not everything that makes beautiful music is beautiful themselves. Some are so strange looking that you'll have to take a second and third look at the instrument to figure out how in the world it came to produce melodies and harmonies.
And we're not talking about misshapen guitars and freaky-looking flutes here. We're talking about seriously strange and borderline sick instruments that'll make you wonder what genius or seriously twisted mind ever came up with this idea.
The Kalashnikov Guitar
These guitars are made from AK-47 rifles. These re-done guitars still feature the rifle's main base including body, handle and trigger. On one end you can still hold it up to pretend aim. And on the other end you can adjust the guitar strings to prepare for a session jam. Truly one of the weird instruments of the world, not to mention quite disturbing too. I guess you can say that it's deadly in more ways than one.
The Tsabona
This magnificently instrument hails from Greece. It made its debut approximately 2000 years ago. These weird instruments are very similar to the Scottish bagpipes. It plays a total of six notes.
The magnificence of this instrument is that its "bag" is made from goat skin. Thank goodness the mouthpiece is non-goat! Try breathing in and out of a super geriatric dead goat. Freaky!
The Picasso Guitar
This guitar is also known as the multi-necked guitar. This instrument features one guitar body with four strangely angled protruding necks. In all, the necks come up with a total of 42 strings.
Although this guitar was made especially for guitarist Pat Methany, it seems like it was better suited for an alien with four odd angled necks and four hands. These truly weird instruments are fascinating and creepy at the same time.
The Sea Organ
Who knew the sea could play a musical instrument? The seas of Zadar in Croatia do. And they do it well too.
This sea organ is the first of its kind in the world. It is shaped to look like normal steps or stairs by the sea. It is over seventy meters long. And it has 35 organ pipes build under the concrete steps built by the shore. The wind from the sea air and the pushing tides power the organ. And since these two are unpredictable at best, the musical concertos that result are always fresh and new. This strange instrument is a real treat for the senses and a testament to the magnificence of the human mind.
The Uberorgan
This weird instrument was thought of and executed by the artist, Tim Hawkinson. This instrument looks like a series of translucent giant jellyfish connected to each other by their equally gigantic tentacles. These jellyfish like structures make a sound similar to a bagpipe, a very large bagpipe that is. This extreme visual and audio art was originally made for the 15,000 square foot gallery of the MassMOCA. So you can only imagine how very imposing it is.
Since its inception, this massive piece of strangeness has also travelled to New York City and to the Getty Museum in Los Angeles.

Gretsch Guitars - Their Early History

White Falcon. Chet Atkins Hollow Body 6120. These are two of the most famous electric guitars made by the celebrated Gretsch Guitar Company, founded in 1883. There have been many new reissues and similar models. Any Gretsch, though, is marked by a tendency to feedback and have baffling controls. These guitars have been described as coolly beautiful, stylishly glamorous, and tonally weird.
Founder Friedrich Gretsch started crafting drums, banjos, and tambourines. He died at the young age of 39, and his widow Rosa determined that their 15-year-old son should quit school at Wright's Business College for immediate exposure to the real world. Teenager Fred Gretsch directed his youthful enthusiasm into growing the Fred Gretsch Manufacturing Company, which would become the maker of its storied instruments.
This early growth took place in a large ten-story building at 60 Broadway in Brooklyn, alongside the path to the Willamsburg Bridge crossing the East River. Back in the 1910s, the most popular stringed instrument was not the guitar but the banjo. The guitar began to eclipse the banjo in the early 1920s and early 1930s because it was more versatile and appealing. Gretsch started to use its own name as a brand for its guitars in 1933, a line of archtop acoustics. These guitars, including the Gretsch American Orchestra Series and Broadkaster model, were not particularly unique. When the Synchromatic line replaced them in 1939, however, the pros began to take Gretsch guitars seriously. These instruments were larger, louder, and had cat's eye or triangular soundholes.
In 1940, Dick Sanford and Clarke Van Ness wrote a song called, "When I Play on my Gretsch Guitar", performed by singing cowboy Red River Dave. The lyrics went, "When the shadows grow/And the lights are low/Then I play on my Gretsch guitar/As I touch the strings/Like a voice it sings/It's the voice of my love afar".
A key addition to the guitar team was "Duke" Kramer. The company had a meeting in New York in 1946 to decide whether they wanted to pursue a jobber-distributor type operation, or whether to go for the big time and sell its products under the Gretsch logo. It was a crucial turning point. They went for their own brand reputation. On drums and guitars, Gretsch stopped selling to catalog houses and those who were only into low-price merchandise.
Fred Gretsch, Jr. wrote in the brochure Your Gretsch Guitar Guide, "A Gretsch guitar truly glorifies the talents of the artist who commands it". Hyperbole aside, this brochure heralded the new emphasis on guitars for pros. Gretsch issued a three-year guarantee for all of its guitars, covering any defects caused by faulty parts or workmanship. The market leader in electric guitars back then was Gibson. Gretsch entered the competition with its Electromatic II and Electro II cutaway body in 1951.
The early history of this guitar brand would not be complete without Jimmie Webster. A piano player and tuner, he became Gretsch's main ideas generator, combining his talents as a musician, inventor, salesperson, and global ambassador for Gretsch. He introduced the "Touch System". If you remember the "tapping" technique that Eddie Van Halen and others made famous in the 1980s, then you get a picture of Webster's way of producing chordal rhythms. His left hand would make a rapid hamming-on motion, and he would play the melody at the same time, using a pick by tapping the strings against the upper fingerboard with his right-hand fist. He would add a baseline with his thumb. This was like patting your head and rubbing your stomach simultaneously. One Gretsch guitar sounded like two.

How Exactly Do Speakers Work?

When it involves music systems, the speakers are the most vital aspect. Lacking correct speakers, ones which function efficiently with the overall system, you might as well not bother to switch the thing on. Good speakers generate great sound quality, and in turn, give you a music experience dissimilar to nearly anything else in the environment.
Understanding speakers begins with understanding sound. In order to hear, vibrations from the eardrum are translated by the human brain, this results in a good understanding of the noises around us. Variations in the air pressures which journey into the eardrums are actually the process of how noise travels from one source to the eardrum. Speakers generate alterations in air pressure and that's how we listen to our beloved television shows, movies or tunes.
Speakers make sounds on various ranges. These ranges affect the vibrations that invade the eardrum. Speedier fluctuations in air pressure make a faster sound wave frequency, increasing the level of pitch involved in the sound. The more reduced the fluctuations, the lower the pitch. Amplitude is made when the eardrum responds speedier than usual, and this creates the higher volume level we hear.
Any time speakers produce sound, the varying sound waves will change the air pressure that hits our eardrum. Speakers take what is on a CD, DVD or television and replicate the actual recorded sound so that we will hear it in such a way our brains can understand. They change the air pressure inside, and then discharge of the sound outward, until eventually we all get the sound to travel to our eardrums.
Depending on the model of speakers, the music will be produced via different combinations of speaker types. Subwoofers, amplifiers and other different kinds of speakers merge sound effects to reproduce them in a method our brains can translate. Once our brain does that, we can immerse ourselves in a realm of make believe in the media or even through music.
Exactly how speakers work:
Without speakers, it becomes very difficult to enjoy entertainment the way we commonly do today. Making the effort to discover the perfect type for your system is key. Trying speakers, paying attention to presentations and doing your own investigation of them will make sure the very best quality of sound for your residence and the best overall listening experience.
Speakers can be found in just about all styles and sizes, enabling you to hear to music with your mp3 player, enjoy a film at the movie theatre or hear a friend's voice over the phone.
As a way to translate an electrical transmission into a perceptible sound, speakers feature an electromagnet: a metallic coil which generates a magnetic field once an electrical current flows through it. This specific coil functions very similar to a standard (permanent) magnet, with one significantly handy property: the reversing of the direction of the current within the coil flips the north and south poles of the magnet.
Within a speaker, an electromagnet is positioned ahead of a permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is mounted securely into a place whereas the electromagnet is mobile. As impulses of electric power go through the coil of the electromagnet, the route of the magnetic field is rapidly able to change. Because of this it is in turn attracted to and repelled from the permanent magnet, shaking from side to side.
The electromagnet is attached to a cone fabricated from a versatile substance just like paper or plastic which increases these kind of vibrations, pumping sound waves in the surrounding air and in direction of your ears.
Important components within a speaker:
1. Cone
2. Electromagnet (coil)
3. Permanent magnet
The frequency of the oscillations controls the pitch of the audio produced, also their amplitude affects the volume - switch your stereo up high enough and you could even be able to see the diaphragm covering the cone move back and forth.
To reproduce all of the different wavelengths of sound inside a piece of music faithfully, excellent speaker systems typically use various sized cones dedicated to high, medium and low frequencies.
A microphone makes use of identical mechanism as a speaker in the opposite direction to convert sound into an electrical signal. In reality, you can even use a couple of headphones as a microphone!

Why Beginners Should Not Rely On YouTube For Guitar Tutorials

Although it is very tempting to pop online and do a quick search for guitar tutorials, you need to be very wary of what you'll find. You may be looking for guitar instructional videos, tab charts, chord charts or other instructional material, and the great thing about the web is that it offers an almost limitless supply of instructional material. Unfortunately there's a problem, because the web isn't owned by anyone, no one runs it, no one looks after it and no one trawls the net weeding out information or advice which is incorrect or sub standard.
It might be very nice if this was the case, but as it is, anyone can post anything they like and claim it as being instructional. What you may find though is that you're being instructed to play your guitar the wrong way. Playing a guitar isn't easy, as it requires a good deal of perseverance. If you can get through the first few days without giving up then there's a good chance you'll make it. A number of people quit quite early on in the process because they find that it's just too difficult or too uncomfortable.
Certainly to begin with most people find it hard to stretch their fingers around the fret board and hold down the right strings on the right frets, making a sound that is pure and pleasant. Moving from one chord to another is also very difficult, and it can be easy for people to give up. But some people move to the net and start looking for guitar tutorials, assuming that since they're struggling with working out how to make their guitar sound less like a pigeon gargling there must be plenty of other people struggling too, and that as a result someone somewhere will have provided some help.
Whether you're looking at mending a cuckoo clock, painting golf balls or tracking down the Lesser Spotted Purple Warbler, you'll find that there will be a group of people somewhere with the same interest, providing help and support to those likeminded individuals. The online community of guitar enthusiasts is massive, and with broadband now so widely available online videos have become the biggest way in which people now search for information.
In fact if you base the statistics just on the number of searches carried out per month you'll find that YouTube is actually the second biggest search engine, beaten only by Google (who of course own YouTube anyway!) This means that if you start looking for video guitar tutorials you will find them. But if you're just starting out learning to play guitar how are you going to be able to identify which are the good ones and which aren't?
If you knew nothing at all about the Lesser Spotted Purple Warbler and you looked online and found a website informing you confidently that in order to find this delightful creature you would need to lie in wait at 3am in the middle of a snowy moor you might well find yourself shivering unnecessarily, oblivious to the fact that you ought to be up a tree in the middle of summer.
So the real problem is that the availability of guitar instructional videos is itself not enough. Beginners looking for guitar tutorials need to be given some form of help, not just in playing the guitar, but in identifying which guitar video tutorials are good, and recommended, and which are likely to be offering the wrong advice, or encouraging poor techniques. One of the best ways of overcoming this problem is not to rely on massive video sites such as YouTube, but to go to a specialist video tutorials site where all of the video guitar tutorials have been created to a high standard. YouTube might be big, but it may not necessarily be the best option for guitar tutorials.

Nice Things About Free Rap Beats

There are many musicians who oftentimes find themselves in search of free beats that they can use as part of a musical composition that they are putting together. This is actually something that has turned into a very big business considering the fact that most people just don't have the time to come up with their own beats. By the same token, many of these struggling musicians don't necessarily have the financial resources to go out and buy premium quality beats.
Now, before you start thinking that free beats are basically all lousy and poorly put together -- think again. The reality is that the overwhelming majority of beats that you'll find on the Internet that don't cost any money can be quite good. This is especially true when it comes to rap beats.
Just imagine yourself working on a musical project only to discover that you just don't have the beats that you need to get the job done. This is one being able to have access to beats that don't cost any money can be so incredibly useful. Not only will you be able to finish up your musical project in less time, you'll be pleasantly surprised by just how well it turns out.
From a licensing standpoint, you still need to be careful whenever you choose to use free beats. Read all of the terms and conditions very carefully because you don't want to make the mistake of assuming that you can utilize the beats that you have found a no-cost in your project without special permission or attribution. This is critical because many people sometimes make the assumption that any kind of beats that they find it doesn't cost any money can basically be used for whatever purpose. That's not always the case, and so it makes a lot of sense to be sure.
The nice thing about beats that don't cost any money is that you can sample a bunch of them to see which one ultimately makes the most sense to use for your musical project. Just be sure that you know the sound you're looking for before you really begin the process of searching because you can quickly find yourself feeling overwhelmed because of all the different choices that exist out there when it comes to free beats that are available over the Internet.

Toilet Paper Getting Expensive? Go Green With a Bidet Seat

Everyone remembers what it's like to finish using the toilet only to find that the previous user used the last of the TP  and didn't replace it. It's annoying, and unless you're lucky enough to have a replacement roll close by, you're in trouble. Unless you have a bidet seat.
Wouldn't it be great if you stopped caring about TP because you stopped needing it? Independence from TP  is easy when you use a bidet, but if you need more convincing, here are some compelling reasons to buy one:
  1. You'll no longer need toilet paper to wipe yourself, though you may want to use a few squares to dry yourself, which leads to....
  2. The higher line bidet toilet seats have built-in air dryers which will dry you off after cleansing. This will help you save even more toilet paper.
  3. Toilet paper is expensive, which means that the bidet toilet seat is really not as expensive as you think. Once you stop using (or at least significantly reduce consumption) toilet paper, you'll begin to feel the joy that is no longer needing to buy it. You'll stop buying the large cases at Costco, since you'll take weeks to go through a 4-pack.
  4. Households with teenagers (who are notorious for wasting toilet paper) will really notice a difference in TP use
  5. When you do buy toilet paper, you won't need to spend more to get the softest brand. Since you'll only ever use it for dabbing to dry yourself, softness becomes irrelevant. Go ahead, buy the cheapest, roughest brand. You won't care!
So if you're considering purchasing a bidet seat, be sure to keep in mind the long-term cost savings you'll experience by not needing to buy so much TP. It may not sound like much at first, but over the lifetime of the bidet seat, it adds up.

Tips for Dealing With Music Performance Nerves Part 1

It is important for performers to seek methods to deal with the feelings accompanying fear and nerves. The following are several simple methods to alleviate mild nervousness.
1. Before performing, you must first remember that you have practiced to the best of your ability and remind yourself of this. You have used your practicing skills in the most effective way you know. Of course, there will always be things you look to improve in your playing, but given all the circumstances that have led to this moment, you have worked hard as you can. Now the practicing is over. What you will do now, is to use your "hook point", (what?) something you would have encountered during practice sessions. The hook point (hp) is at work, for example, when you learn the fingering for a piece. When you repeat and reinforce the new patterns, the hp is the moment where your brain starts to recognise the pattern and become familiar with what your fingers are doing, usually after many repetitions. The information from this process is retained, so that when you go on to practice other areas like articulation/dynamics, you don't have to think too hard about the fingering. The most comforting aspect of the hp is that when it is time for you to perform, what you do is recall what/where was the hp, or areas you played easily during practice. Usually, once your ear recognises a passage you've practiced many times over, your brain will trigger the familiarity that the fingers developed in practice.
2. Do not draw conclusions about what just happened or what might/might not happen. Self-criticism while performing is pointless because it takes you out of the here and now and destroys your focus and physical actions.
Whatever the criticism, it introduces a verbal aspect into an activity that is most successful when it is non-verbal. Reserve judgment for after the performance, preferably after you have listened to other people's reactions. Rather than judge your playing, simply observe it without saying anything, and play from the heart. For example, when you are about to make a crescendo, go for it and then feel it as you are doing it. There is nothing verbal about this process. You are, rather, putting intention into action - that is, motivating.
3. Do not second-guess the audiences reaction to your playing. When performing we become mind readers and believe we know exactly what the responses to our playing are. More often than not, these thoughts prove to be completely, wildly inaccurate and only serve to further distract us from our aim. An example: I was once playing a recital, with only twenty people in the audience. As soon as I came out to perform, I noticed a guy who looked familiar, but whom I could not quite place where I had seen him before. For most of the first piece, I was only partially thinking about the music, the other part, wondering who he was and (even worse) what he thought about the playing (crazy I know).
Finally I remembered that he was a respected piano teacher and accompanist I once met at a music shop near where I live. He was undoubtedly going to listen to the music on the program with a keen attention to detail and pick holes at the whole performance. Throughout the entire time, I was preoccupied with these thoughts and not surprisingly, the whole experience became gradually uncomfortable for me. Afterward, when he came to speak to me, I discovered that this piano teacher was, in fact, a jazz and pop specialist rather than a connoisseur of classical music and was very complimentary of my performance. Later I thought, "what an incredible waste of mental energy!" How remarkable it is that the vast resources of ones imagination can be used for such futile, self-destructive mind-games! You probably have had similar experiences.

Beginner Guitar Questions

Hi everyone, in this article we will be going over the most common guitar question that beginner guitarists ask.
Question 1. What is the first thing I should learn on the guitar?
Answer: The first thing that any beginner guitar player should know is how to position their fingers. This is a critical part of playing guitar, because it can make playing and changing chord a lot easier I will also help when learning how to play scales.
Question 2. What gauge or size guitar strings should I use when first learning how to play guitar?
Answer: It is suggested that you start with a smaller gauge size and move up slowly. The reason this is suggested is because it will make it easier for you to hold down the strings.
Question 3. What thickness of guitar pick should I use?
Answer: Some people say that you should start with a thinner guitar pick at first. We recommend that you experiment with all different sizes and see what works best for you. There is not one that is right or wrong.
Guitar Question 4. Should I practice my guitar every day and for how long?
Answer: If your schedule permits it you should practice everyday. The reason this is recommended is because you will advance faster. It is also recommended that you practice a minimum of 1 hour. This gives you plenty of time to do your warm up exercises, learn some material and have fun playing.
Question 5. Should I learn to play lead or rhythm guitar first?
Answer: It is suggested that you learn how to play rhythm guitar first because it will help you get your chord patterns down, perfect timing and strengthen strumming hand. Once you learn these basics it will be easier for you to switch over to lead guitar.
Question 6. Can Guitar Hero teach me how to play guitar.
Answer: The short answer is no because it does not have a real guitar and you do not have to play real chords. But the game can teach you how to stay in time and rhythm patterns.
Question 7. Should I buy an electric guitar or an acoustic guitar?
Answer: There is no right or wrong answer. There are lots of things to consider when choosing your first guitar. In one of our previous articles we talked about pros and cons of both acoustic and electric guitar. But what it really comes down to is you should choose what ever guitar you feel most comfortable with.

Bikini is my friend
Bikinis should not be a frightening prospect. You can sit at your computer now to think of himself that when you go on holiday this year may go to one piece swimsuit and a big towel to hide under. But remember that you are your own worst critic. There are several things you can do to ensure our guests a perfect look at the beach this summer. First, make sure you choose the correct size bikini. If you put a few pounds since you got married and had children, or something, then the current bikini can be a bit tough, and it is one of the main reasons why they may not look as good as in the past.
